Coach Bru is a best-selling author and professional speaker. He founded and leads multiple companies; most notably Chin Up Chest Out® Apparel Co. which is a lifestyle brand that donates a percentage of all sales to mental health non-profits.

At an early age his parents taught him the importance of mindset and how it impacts our success. Concerned about the mental health and resilience of our youth, John created Roody Kangaroo Moves Forward to help kids maintain a resilient, positive mindset.

John and his wife, Bethany, are parents of two daughters and two Labrador retrievers. (Because Bethany won’t let John get kangaroos as pets.) They live out in the country north of Portland Maine.

Piper Colston is a self-taught artist, illustrator, and aspiring storyteller. Since she was old enough to hold a pencil, Piper has been expressing herself through drawing, painting, and more recently, graphic design.

A Texas native, Piper plans to study art at Texas A & M University in College Station, Texas.
